Berlin is the capital city and one of 16 states of Germany. After Germany´s reunification, significant de-industrialization changed Berlin´s economy which is today dominated by the service sector. Berlin has established itself as the third most-visited city destination in the European Union. Berlin has two commercial airports. Tegel International Airport (TXL), the busier, and Schönefeld International Airport (SXF).
