Please take note: But at the destination the car must be paid by a credit card.
With our partner Sixt you have in several UK, spanish and some additional international destinations the choice to pay your car rental with Debit Card. Accepted are: Switch, british Maestro und Visa Delta Debit. (Please take care to select during the booking process "Pay upon collection", to get the choise by paying by Debit card at arrival).
If you DO NOT have a credit card, you have an alternative at our partner company GOLDCAR - the possibility of more than 30 rental stations in Spain (mainland, Balearic Islands – Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca, Canary Islands) to pay your rental car with a debit card with PIN number. You can order your car online, and pay your car at arrival. Please make sure, your Bank- or Debitcard have one of the following symbols: MAESTRO ELECTRON At several banks, the Debitcards have also the MASTER or VISA symbol. This cards are also accepted.
Conditions for payment by debit card: Electron, 6000, Maestro and EC Karte ... . If you pay by debit card you need to order the additional Relax Insurance which costs 30€ for up to 6 days, with 5€ more per day up to a maximum of 60€ for 28 days. If your car hire is for a longer period the cost is 90€. You can order the Relax Insurance at arrival.
In Ibiza, Menorca, Bilbao and Faro (Portugal) offices you must take out the Super Relax without Excess Insurance, which cost 60 Euro for the first 6 days, day 7 – 10 cost 100 Euro, up to day 14 - per day a 10 Euro extra. For a rental over 14 days the price is limited to 140 Euro.
Car Hire offices Goldcar at: Alicante (also Torrevieja and Benidorm), Almería, Barcelona, Bilbao, Cádiz, Jerez, Faro (Portugal), Gerona, Granada, Ibiza, Menorca, Palma de Mallorca, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Tenerife Norte, Tenerife Sur, Málaga, Murcia, Sevilla, Reus, Valencia. For Ibiza, Menorca, Bilbao, Faro (Portugal), you need to upgrade to the Super Relax package.

You can order your car online, and pay your car at arrival. Please make sure, your Bank- or Debitcard have the Visa Electron symbol.
Conditions for payment by debit card: If you pay by VISA ELECTRON (debit card) you need to order the additional COMFORT PLUS INSURANCE which costs 8€/day (max. 100 Euro per rental).
